Feliks Viner, VP of Secondary Markets at First World Mortgage and member of The Mortgage Collaborative, recently sat down with Laura Cain to discuss why she started Willow Servicing, where the company is going, and how it has enhanced First World's customer experience.

"The reason we didn't have a good interim servicing platform was, because before Willow, there wasn't one.

Feliks notes that "my post-closing servicing department went from hating interim servicing to loving interim servicing" since adopting the Willow platform. He continues by explaining that "the reason we didn't have a good interim servicing platform was, because before Willow, there wasn't one. We couldn't find something that could work seamlessly from an operational perspective and for the customer experience."
